Posh Girl Chronicles offers returns for store credit ONLY. Please contact PGC within three days of receiving your purchase to receive a store credit. You will receive a coupon code to use toward a future purchase, pending the items are returned in the same condition sent.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached. Posh Girl Chronicles reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for shipping fees on returned merchandise. The item is considered a final sale on the fourth day following your purchase date.

Currently, Posh Girl Chronicles only ships merchandise to locations within the United States. Purchased items will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after the date of purchase (excluding weekends and circumstances beyond our control). Next day shipping is available upon request for an additional shipping charge. You will be notified of the additional shipping charge at the time of purchase. Because there is no signature required upon delivery for regular orders, each customer will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen or missing. No refund will be issued. Shipping on all custom orders will require a conformation signature.
Pre-Ordered items are items reserved with an estimated shipping date. Estimated shipping dates are ESTIMATED and may change depending on the vendor. All pre-orders MUST be paid in full at the time of reservation. Customers will be notified via email when the item(s) are ready to ship. Pre-Orders are treated like all other purchases.
If an item has sold out or is out of stock after your order has been placed you will be notified via email immediately. Unfortunately, an item can be sold out at any time before the daily update. We apologize should this happen in advance and will notify you accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.
